Here is a curious series of "facts". The full moon on Saturday of last week seemed to trigger a series of bizarre events when things started to not work. First my car broke down, something it never does. An electrical fault was the cause of the problem. On Sunday the coffee maker (only a few months old) gave up working. Then on Monday I had to call Critter Control, another unexpected problem! Finally on Tuesday my cable and internet went out inexpiabley, only to return a couple of hours later. Now each of these occurances could be described as coincidence. Well, I do not believe in coincidence. Then a call to my mum in England yesterday revealed she too had had a series of things going wrong with appliances in and around her home for the same period of time.
